I had never heard of the Local 215 truck when we decided to visit the new brewery in town, Love City Brewing, but I was excited to try it. The truck’s website had mostly catering information, so I had no idea what to expect going into it. It appeared that they didn’t have a set food truck menu and used local, seasonal ingredients for events. With a large pig on the logo, I was expecting some pork dishes, but there were vegetarian items to suit my veggie loving friends as well.
