I have been trying to catch up with this cute little banana whip truck for some time now. I was intrigued by the concept: a completely vegan “ice cream” made completely from bananas, with tons of fun topping combinations. Boasting a healthy and delicious alternative, the owner (?) in the truck was dressed in a tie-dye shirt that read, “This is Bananas! No seriously, it’s just bananas.” He had some fun guitar jams drifting out of his truck while he worked non-stop to help the long line of patrons waiting for their sweet treats.
