Farm Truck’s rotating menu features seasonal ingredients from the local area, with inventive combinations that keep it interesting for its patrons. They source their bread from local bakeries and their veggies from local farms. Met at the window by a cheerful order taker with amazing eye makeup skills, I visited the truck on a Thursday lunch session at The Porch at 30th Street. I was in the mood for tacos, so I opted for the buffalo chicken tacos served with housemade ramp blue cheese sauce, citrus pickled red onion, and arugula. Continue reading
